• Minimum of five years of successful experience as a financial advisor
• CFP designation preferred
• Established client base
• Willingness to transition Broker Dealer
• Ability to work under the Independence Financial brand
• Strong alignment with our company culture
• Ability to collaborate with and eventually succeed a senior advisor
