BUSINESS - Mr. Scott (Scotty) has been an advisor with our firm since 1963.  He is a past president of the Wisconsin Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and has received their highest recognition, the A. Jack Nusbaum award. He is a life member of the Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT), and qualified for 40 consecutive years, with 20 at Court and 10 at Top of the Table levels.   

Scotty is a recognized speaker on the subject of 401(k) plans, and Past Governor Tommy Thompson appointed Scotty to serve on the State of Wisconsin's Joint Survey Committee of Retirement Systems. Scotty's practice includes Individual Financial Services, 401(k), Profit Sharing, Pensions, Group and Executive Compensation Plans and Estate Planning for the Executive/Owner.

CIVIC - Active in civic affairs, he is Past President of the Oshkosh Kiwanis Club, Miss Wisconsin Pageant, Bay Lakes Council - Boy Scouts of America, and the Oshkosh Area United Way.  Scotty served as a director of Affinity Health System at its inception, and as Chairman of the University of Wisconsin - Oshkosh Foundation, and continues on their Board.  He recently completed a term on the Board of the Oshkosh Christian School/Valley Christian High School.
 

MISCELLANEOUS - Holds the rank of Commander, and is retired from the U.S. Naval Reserve.

PERSONAL - Scotty and his wife, Lynn, are both graduates of Lawrence University, Appleton Wisconsin, and are parents of four adult children, and grandparents of ten.  He is Senior Warden of St. Thomas Episcopal Church (Anglican), Menasha, WI.  Scotty is also a proud season ticket holder at Lambeau Field!
